Lami Sports were proud to support the ECB Women’s World Cup Cricket Team with the launch of their new Spring/Summer headquarters in London Bridge. The brief was to create a professional yet inspiring environment that reflects the ambition, energy and prestige of international women’s cricket.

Our team worked closely with the ECB to develop the initial concept, carry out site surveys, propose creative direction and design solutions, and design, produce and install dynamic environmental graphics.

The result is a high‑impact, London‑facing headquarters brought to life through bold, carefully considered visuals that energise players, staff and visitors alike.

Lami Sports is proud to announce that we are now officially B Corp Certified , a recognition that reflects our commitment to balancing purpose with performance and building a business that creates positive impact for people and the planet.

The Challenge

For a series mixing physical, learning, and deaf/cricket athletes, including stand-out player Angus Brown, who landed three consecutive sixes in the sixth IT20, the ECB wanted welcome packs for both teams that were practical, eco-conscious, and memorable. With summer heat in play, athletes needed sun protection and hydration on-site, and wearing branded gear across venues demanded consistency, quality and compliance.

Our Solution

Lami Sports recommended a sustainable welcome pack that balanced functionality with brand presence and environmental responsibility:

Recycled drawstring bags featuring the official series logo
Recycled notepads with eco ink pens were perfect for notes and strategy

The Brief

The ECB’s All Stars and Dynamos programmes provide thousands of children aged 5–11 with their first taste of cricket through fun, inclusive, and skills-focused summer sessions. These grassroots initiatives are essential to the future of the sport, introducing young players to cricket in a safe and supportive environment.

Lami Sports was commissioned to support the ECB and use its robust, audited and SEDEX checked supply chain, logistics and technology expertise to produce the National Programmes Cricket balls.

Our Solution

Lami Sports stepped in with urgency, care and most importantly compliance at the core of our response.

We:

Mobilised our supply chain Designed, prototyped, and speedily manufactured 150,000 compliant soft cricket balls for the ECB National Programmes
Used our packaging experts to manufacture sustainable bespoke cartons to reduce deliver costs and simple and damage free storage and delivery
Lami Sports created a bespoke online ordering portal for UK clubs to order their cricket balls.
We delivered across the UK for the national summer programmes.

Every ball met strict safety, compliance, and quality standards, featuring high-contrast stitching CE compliance reporting and subsequent marks on each ball. Balls were also dual branded for All Stars and Dynamos identity.

Ping Hub Ilford – Community Engagement Through Sport

The Brief

Table Tennis England and The Exchange shopping centre partnered to create a vibrant new community Table Tennis space in the heart of Ilford, one of London’s most diverse and dynamic boroughs. The aim was twofold: Encourage residents of all ages and backgrounds to play table tennis Create a bold, welcoming environment that aligns with Table Tennis England’s inclusive values, delivered in a sustainable and socially responsible way That’s where Lami Sports & Events came in.

Lami Sports led the bold design, eco-production materials, and full public open installation of the new Ping Hub inside The Exchange shopping centre.

We were responsible for;

Graphic design across the space from environmental wraps and directional signage to column graphics and brand guideline adherence.

Eco-friendly print production, using PVC-free materials, recycled substrates, and non-toxic inks.

On-site installation, carried out inside shopping centre hours, whilst minimising disruption in the busy retail setting.

Ongoing collaboration with TTUK and centre management to ensure safe, high-traffic-friendly execution of the install.

Creative Meets Sustainability

From concept to completion, every material was chosen with environmental impact in mind. The Ping Hub visuals were printed on fully recycled, fully recyclable boards, reducing waste without compromising on the vibrant colour, quality, or durability. As a result, this wasn’t just a bold space, it was a responsible one.

Community Impact

The Ping Hub quickly became more than a set of tables. It became a social space. A movement space. A welcome mat for anyone walking through The Exchange, whether they were new to the sport or lifelong players.

Lami Sports vision and installation created a positive, inclusive atmosphere that brought energy, play, and community spirit into a public shopping centre setting. With a clear visual identity and a design that reflected the community around it, the Ping Hub is a shining example of how sport can build bridges.

The Brief

As part of its mission to grow girls’ participation in cricket, the ECB tasked Lami Sports & Events with delivering a bold, creative direct mail campaign targeted at graduates of the Dynamos Cricket programme.

The goal? Keep young girls engaged in the sport, celebrate their cricket journey, and encourage them to join a local club while reinforcing a positive message around confidence, identity, and belonging in cricket.

Our Solution

Lami Sports designed and executed a vibrant, high-impact direct mail campaign centred around the empowering slogan: "Cricket hair? Don’t care!" Each mailer included:

A branded hair tie made from recycled materials
A colourful insert card with positive messaging and next steps
A printed envelope for home delivery addressed to each Dynamos graduate

The hairband wasn’t just a keepsake it was a symbol. A fun, practical item that said: you belong in this game, just as you are. Whether your hair’s tied back, flying loose, or doesn’t fit the ‘norm’ cricket is for you.

Sustainability in Action

The elasticated hair bands were ethically sourced and made from recycled material, supporting Lami Sports’ and the ECB’s joint commitment to sustainable production. Every element—from material selection to the postal delivery route was carefully considered to reduce environmental impact. Design-Led Innovation & Compliance Assurance

To meet these requirements, our design team developed a range of creative concepts and prototypes that aligned with the ECB’s vision. Each prototype was rigorously tested and refined until it met exact specifications. Upon approval, Lami Sports deployed on-site compliance officers to oversee every stage of production, ensuring all equipment exceeded national compliance standards and delivered consistency in quality and colour.

Smart Logistics for Seamless Delivery

In addition to product development, the ECB tasked us with ensuring a cost-effective and efficient distribution of the sets. Our in-house tech team collaborated closely with our smart warehouse operations to develop a streamlined, user-friendly online ordering system. This bespoke dashboard enables Disability Cricket participants to request their kits directly, with guaranteed delivery within three working days.

When the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) approached us with a creative challenge, we were all in: Design a fun, cost-effective, and high-quality merchandise item for young fans attending The Hundred—cricket’s boldest new competition.

THE BRIEF

The ECB approached Lami Sports with a creative activation opportunity: produce a fun, cost-effective and high-quality merchandise item for young fans attending The Hundred—cricket’s newest competition. The item needed to be vibrant, branded by team, and suitable for large-scale distribution at matches across the UK.

OUR SOLUTION

We designed and manufactured a full range of custom silicone wristbands, each colour-matched and branded for all 8 teams in The Hundred, including:
